Excel bank statement account coder

I need to access a year of personal bank data in to an excel work sheet and have it automatically code each transaction. Then it needs sum each account code though the year, in to weekly, monthly and year totals through the year.

It must work easily with both Mac and Microsoft PC OS.
With in app instructions. On both checking and Visa accounts.
