Excel assigment

Excel consist the 2 sheets. One is data, second is explanation. Job is to create 3rd sheet with predifined paremeters. This assigment has 2 steps. More info when you'll work on it.
Job is not complex, but requires solid Excel knowledge and with knowledge it can be done in 1-2 hours.
