these will enable user to
1) filter the products by top level category and sub category
2) add/edit extra sub categories
3) edit each product and select the available sub categories for the current top level category
(each top level category can have up to 12 sub caetgories - each product will have a top level category and up to 3 sub categories assigned.
4) add traffic light system for each product
(red - delete, orange - update, yellow - flag, green - ok)
5) add existing product data
This will be an easy task for excel expert.
