This sheet must calculate:
* Services like HelpDesk and Service Desk, add needed SLA (responde time needed) the way the final client intend the service to be provided (remotely or presential);
* based on the choosen service, we have to add products to meet service requirements;
* advertise if choosen service does not comply with SLA and requirements
