Excel Workload & Deadlines Dashboard

Excel expert. In excel, I have the following columns: Tasks, Responsible, Workload hours, and one column for each month with deadlines. For each responsible, I need the summarized workload by week. This is to be able to evaluate (based on the estimated workload-hours) if each responsible has enough available hours to deliver the tasks.
