Excel Workbook for Resource Utilization & Forecasting
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for an experienced Excel professional to create a detailed workbook for me. This workbook should allow me to input current resource utilization for three business units and forecast resource needs for about 25 different project types. The ultimate goal is to aid in planning a hiring strategy for 2025 and 2026.
Key Requirements:
- The workbook should be designed for Microsoft Excel.
- It should allow for detailed input by department for each of the three business units.
- I have some existing data that will need updating and incorporation into the workbook.
- The workbook should be user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience creating similar workbooks.
- Strong understanding of resource planning and forecasting.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Attached is a sample file I created for one specific client, I need to be able to do this for all our clients across 3 different business units, those are Colo, OSI, and Hyperscale. Would like a much better Dashboard than what is attached.
