Excel Workbook Data Organization & Analysis and graphical output
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm looking for an expert in Excel who can help me with a comprehensive project involving my Excel workbook.
Step 1:
- Extract the tab names into the first column.
- Organize the data chronologically, from the earliest month to the latest.
- Create an overall table that consolidates and tidies up all data from the different tabs.
Step 2:
- Once Step 1 is completed, convert this data into a pivot table (or another suitable format).
- Produce a series of graphics from this data (I'll provide examples of the graphics I want).
Step 3:
- Once Step 2 is complete, create an editable version of the workbook that allows it to be updated without manually altering the pivot table and graphics.
Step 4:
- After Step 3 is complete, generate a league table based on percentage improvements. This should be able to dynamically update as new data is added.
In terms of my workbook:
- The main purpose of the workbook is for Excel-based analysis, but it is not strictly for financial or project tracking.
- The tabs are not consistently named; each tab has a unique name.
- I add new data on a weekly basis.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Excel, particularly with creating pivot tables and visual graphics. Prior experience of working with complex workbooks and organizing disparate data is highly desirable.
