Excel WorkAround

I need an excel workaround or formula that takes into account the Route, Material, Plant, Proposal ID takes into account any duplicates and adds them up in the first cell correspondent to the the first real cell that is not the duplicate and for the rest to appear as zeros, i.e. the data from Column A to E should look like Column I to M, where as the duplicates should appear as zero in quantity and the first should have them added correct whilst taking into account all the relevant data.
