Excel Work Schedule Synchronization

I'm looking for an Excel expert to help me build a synchronised work schedule. I have a current setup which uses multiple sheets in one workbook, with a route view and an employee view.
Key Requirements:
- The system should automatically update corresponding information between the two views. For instance, if I change something on the route view, it should reflect on the employee view.
- The data to be synchronised includes employee names, work assignments, and shift times.
