Excel Work Build some formulas - About an Hour URGENT

I have an excel project, where I need you to create and populate some not too difficult formulas. Essentially you will need to match up items and assure they fall within a certain date range and make comparisons from week to week. I would imagine an expert excel user would need about 1-2 hours for this to be completed.
