Excel Work Book to maintain a small business

Hello, I am looking for an experienced freelancer to create an Excel workbook to help me manage my small business. Specifically, I need a workbook that tracks my inventory (based on receiving, loading & unloading), Purchasing, Sales & P&L on a daily basis. I currently do not have a sales tracking system and need a new one created. This workbook must be updated daily.
The freelancer must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience creating and managing detailed data. A keen eye for organization and attention to detail is required. I am looking for a freelancer who is reliable and will be available to communicate progress updates to me on a regular basis.
