Excel Wizard Needed for Children's Care Org

I'm in need of an Excel expert to help create some quality review and financial spreadsheets for a children's care organisation.
The primary focus will be on tracking expenses. I need the spreadsheets to:
- Provide monthly summaries of individual expense categories
- Be formatted with charts and graphs, detailed tables, and summary notes for each monthly overview
A quality review would include a lot of info that I would be happy to discuss
