Excel Wizard, Model of Stock Projection Tool

I am in need of an Excel Wizard/ Senior Developer that can help build a model/simulation of a stock projection and reordering tool. It will be used to create the functions needed that will then be built in Netsuite by our in house developer. It will be very complex with many data feeds and data points to consider. You will need a very in depth understanding of excel. Excellent English skills are required
