Excel Whiz for Analysis & Formatting

I'm in need of a highly proficient Excel specialist who will perform a series of tasks for me. Specifically, these include: - Data Analysis: Probing and evaluating a medium-size dataset (between 100-1000 rows) to derive meaningful insights. - Spreadsheet Formatting: Improving aesthetic appeal and readability of my spreadsheets. - Formula Creation: Establishing useful formulas to automate computations and functions. The entire project needs to be undertaken in Excel 2016 or later, therefore familiarity with this version is essential. Experience in data analysis and spreadsheet management is also expected.
