Excel to Web App Migration

We have an MS Excel file that has content, data for a manufacturing plant for production, downtime, quality, Safety, cost control, employees management. It has some dash-boards, and data output for users analysis. We like to seek your help to migrate it to a web based app that will be on-premise hosted and will maintain multi-user data entry UI that will need minimum key strokes and also have a data integrity of normalized database design. We feel ERPNext or similar open-source product may be a good alternative, however, will rely on your advise as a SME. Will share the file with short-listed candidates only & need a fixed price quote for migration. No payment made for your bid submission. All the apps, dependency apps, their well documented source codes, supporting docs will become our property & be submitted by you. If you shall use a 3rd party app, any changes shall be made in such a way that future updates by the vendor can be accommodated without affecting custom work & vice versa. Some training will be desired so we can maintain the app after migration by you. Please share your migration experience related to this and not just your general experience.
