Excel Vlookup to Merge Data

I'm looking for an expert in merging data from two spreadsheets using Vlookup function in Excel. Both spreadsheets have SKU numbers. The 2nd sheet has LOCATION of the items. I need the LOCATION to be populated in the main spreadsheet. However if the main spreadsheet contains data in the cell then the cell should not be overwritten. If the SKU is not in the 2nd sheet then the field should remain blank.
Key Requirements:
- You must have experience in working with Vlookup, particularly for the purpose of merging data.
