Excel Vba Coding Work

from sheet a i want copy a range from B26 to R160 then paste it on b sheet on specified range like D26 to T165 on time 9:15:00 then on 9:20:00 i want to copy B26 to R160 again and paste it on range D166 To T305 then on 9:25:00 i want to copy B26 to R160 again and paste it on range D306 to T445 and so on till 3:30:00
