Excel VLOOKUP Automation and Macro Development

I have two Excel sheets with contact data that needs to be matched and concatenated using VLOOKUPS and macros.

Key requirements:

Match contacts between sheets using Names of Colleagues
Lookup associated data from each sheet using VLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH
Output matched data into a separate summary sheet - this needs to be done by the company
Add columns for the email body, subject lines, and send button
Macro to generate emails when the column clicked

The Macros and formula should all be behind a password-protected tab so no one can access this is separate from the other tabs.

I need an Excel expert to set up these automated lookups and build the macro for generating emails. Familiarity with VBA required.
