Excel VBA split data into worksheets based on colum

Looking for a VBA script that splits my data based on a field in a column
Script *must* copy the first row (headers) to each worksheet, then based on a tracking column, put each record (row) into a new worksheet based on a "tracking" row script must also set work sheet tabs color it can default to red and I can modify later based on my needs see attached data files for initial data and expected result
