Excel VBA programming

Need help from professional excel VBA expert for the development of generalized code which uses differential evolution optimization technique. We have already prepared problem specific excel sheet and now we want to convert it into generalize sheet which can solve any optimization problem with any given constraint. Since it is the iterative approach to find the optimal solution, it needs to carry out number of iterations as per user requirement. We are looking for an expert who is comfortable with optimization technique and VBA Excel programming.
