Excel VBA: import & export DXF for simple 2d

CITRA Construction is a South African construction company (www.citra.co.za) building low-CO2-emission houses. To minimize the offcut in the production, we need to import and export DXF-files into Excel, such that we can run the Autonester solver from within Excel. Technically our shapes only need 2d points and bulges. The input DXF-file needs to be read into excel table. The result will be stored in an excel table and must be exported into a DXF-file. Both import and export routines must be provided as VBA-source-code such that it can be integrated into the other VBA-code.
