[Excel or VBA] help me with commands

I will send you an excel which I need you to fix. This excel is about some contracts on projects and we need to find the monthly expenses on each project. I have created an excel and basically I am using the SUMPRODUCT and INDIRECT functions. I thought about doing it with vba but I don't have time to read. Could you please help me do the tasks I want?
