Excel VBA for PDF & Email

I'm in need of an Excel VBA expert to develop a custom solution for me.
Key Requirements:
- Develop a VBA script that adds a "Send" button to my Excel sheet
- When this button is clicked, the active Excel sheet should be saved as a PDF file
- The PDF file should be attached to a new email in Outlook
- Predefined recipients and text should be set in the email
- The email is to be sent manually
The VBA script should be compatible with Excel 2016 and Office 365.
