Excel VBA - fetching data from public resources
Budget: $50 – $150 USD
Hello,
This is a simple task for someone with VBA Macro experience. I am looking to have an excel workbook where I can enter the company name and ticker. The excel will fetch data from Yahoo and Google Finance, and other sources if need be. For Ex:
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/AMD/cash-flow?p=AMD
&
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/AMD/balance-sheet?p=AMD
&
https://www.wsj.com/market-data/quotes/AMD/historical-prices
etc.
I want a dashboard. I will be able to do the rest in terms of forecasting etc. However, I'd like excel to be able to generate as much info as possible, including:
Historical prices (in the last link I've pasted above)
+
Financial statements (income, BS, cash flow)
+
About the company, which can be found on Wikipedia, Yahoo Finance and Google Finance.
Preferably, I'd like to have other data such as the summary info available on :
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/AMD?p=AMD
I want on Sheet 1:
to enter the ticker such as AAPL or AMD
Then it generates the info on other sheets.
**** I understand that the dashboard CANNOT be standardized because financial statements aren't always the same, and companies have different yearly revenues.
I have attached an early draft if that helps. Q_CieName is where I entered the ticker. It adds the AMD to the end of the website, and that is the address that gets generated to fetch the 3 tables on the STOCK DATA sheet.
