Excel VBA expert required to work alongside me

Hi,
I'm seeking an Excel VBA expert to work alongside me on projects. Initially you will work with me (we will desktop share) as I have too much work on and need to handover projects. We will work very closely in 1st few weeks until we are confident you are able to work alone.
we require you to work dedicated to us your am for 4 hours per day (to start).
Skills required:
- Strong Excel VBA
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (English)
- Reliable time management
- 3 years + solid VBA experience (ado, api, scripting etc)
