Excel VBA developer

I need to share the bulk mails from excel through outlook which contains signature with logo. Also once first mail shared if we get the revert from the mail then we’ll remove that email from the list and if we’ll not get the revert then again need to send a mail but that mail need to go with in the email thread/loop not a fresh new email with signature and loop.
