Excel VBA code speedup and date picker.

I did with a friend a VBA code in Excel to sort and gives result from 2 xls files.
The project runs but takes 2-3-4 mins to complete depending on the required dates. I'd like a VBA EXPERT to help speedup the process. I also like to have a date picker instead of entering a manual date. It's gonna run on Excel 2016. All 3 xls files will be provided upon agreement but here is the VBA code to give a idea on how it's actually done. Our knowledge is limited but fully functionnal actually.
