Excel VBA - Whatsapp Integration

I need an Excel Sheet, where in I can fill predeterminded Columns (some columns to have a predetermined drop down menu and some columns to be open to fill alpha-numeric data). The drop down menu would be of names of people. Once I fill in the information, I want to be able to send whatsapp from the excel sheet to the whatsapp numbers associated with the name of the person.

For e.g.

"Dear _____. Your Invoice No. _____ has been despatched on __________ via transport ________ and LR No. ________. Thanks."
