Excel VBA Search inside pdf without using Adobe

I am in need of an Excel VBA solution that can search through 1-10 PDF files for text only. I do not have a preferred alternative software or method for PDF searching. The ideal candidate should have experience with Excel VBA, PDF manipulation, and text extraction. The solution should be able to extract text from PDFs then highlight on the text with red color and draw rectangle rounded then take this page and save it as pdf
