Rename All Images Names In A Folder

We have exported product data from eshop in CSV . Need to change product names in a folders.

Requirements:
1) Select multiple folder with picture names
2) Import product.jpg names in excel
3) Code must to detect-finding a new pictureName.jpg from exporting data CSV / XLS/ XLSM/ XLSX
4) Rename old names into a newPicture.jpg names
