Excel VBA & MySQL Integration

I'm looking for an Excel VBA script to connect to a MySQL database. The script should be able to retrieve data from MySQL and insert data into MySQL.

Requirements:
- Use predefined queries stored in Excel cells
- Secure and efficient data handling

Ideal Skills & Experience:
