Excel VBA: Macro to update rows in 2 sheets from another sheet.

Hi, I have 1 Excel file with 3 sheets. I need to update 2 of the sheets with data from the other 1 sheet.
There 1 key vaue in every row that must match accorss 3 sheets.
Update "PMBOK" sheet, columns "CO" and "CP" (update data from "Dates" sheet):
CO: Next Phase Start (current date in "Dates" sheet).
CP: Total days left to start (calculated)
Update "Agile" sheet, columns "BJ" and "BK" (update from "Dates" sheet):
BK: Next Phase Start (current date in "Dates" sheet)
BK: Total days left to start (calculated)
Note:
The source sheet is "Dates", and the column with the data is "L".
Row number is indetermined so currently it has 23 rows, but next week it can have 50 rows.
Example files would be delivered to the one is awarded.
Extra bonus will be given if finished in next 12 hours.
