Excel VBA Macro for SharePoint Data

I'm in need of a proficient Excel VBA programmer who can create a macro for me. This macro should be able to download mixed data (text and numerical) from a SharePoint List. Upon downloading, the data needs to be automatically reformatted into a custom Excel layout before being converted into a PDF template.
