Excel VBA Macro for Data Transformation

I have a report in a list format in Excel (extracted from Salesforce on a monthly basis) with categories that needs to be converted to a 2 dimensional table based on dates - the number of rows varies and needs to be dynamically aggregated by category. Needed urgently.

Formatting/Presentation and Robust Coding are equally important on this project.
