Excel VBA / Macro / Creation of Payment Sheet - Auto Generated Invoicing System

Hi, We are looking for an Excel VBA / Macro expert to connect all excel sheets to one using VBA / Macro techniques and to operate it automatically. By using the prepared payment sheet we are looking to create an auto generated invoicing system to be sent to all suppliers automatically on their email via weekly and need to have an option to pause sending / password protected / user restriction should be enabled / approval system should be done.
