Excel VBA - Macro Button to create new daily report file

I want to create an Excel File workbook that will have controls to create new daily reports by copying previous daily report workbook and renaming it dynamic based on dates. The macro button, will find the latest File, copy and rename the file dynamic based on date. When there is a new month the Macro button will create a new folder for a new month , copy the latest file from previous month and paste it into new Month Folder and rename the file based on date.
