Excel VBA and Live Streaming Options Pricing

I currently export live streaming options pricing from Think or Swim to Excel and use a plugin to separate the volume of options pricing into a new row every minute. The plugin uses c# and ExcelDNA, but it is not as stable as I would like.
I would like to replicate the current functionality using ExcelVBA. The attached spreadsheet does not have any current data, but the formulas are accessible.
