Excel VBA Expert Needed – Client Management Spreadsheet with Form, Search & Styling

Project Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Excel VBA freelancer to enhance and finalize a custom-built Client Management Spreadsheet for Think Home Loans.
This spreadsheet is used to track clients through the home loan journey — from initial lead to settlement. It must feature a clean layout, styled entry form, and advanced search functionality that aligns with our branding.
The file will be shared and used across a remote desktop environment, so VBA and macros must be optimized to function smoothly in that setup.

- Attached Excel template (for style, layout & structure)
- Word document outlining drop-down lists & field requirements
- Partial VBA code (optional to use)
Key Requirements:
1. UserForm – Pop-Up Data Entry Form
Styled to match the attached sheet design
Must include the following fields:
- Client Name (auto-formatted: SURNAME, Firstname)
- Phone Number (0400 000 000 format)
- Lead Source (Drop-down)
- Transaction Type (Drop-down)
- Estate (Drop-down)
- Price (Currency format – $100,000.00)
- Value (Currency format)
- Lender (Drop-down)
- Loan Amount (Currency format)
- Settlement Date (Formatted: 12-Mar-2025)
- Status (Drop-down)
- Broker (Drop-down or free text)
Form must:
- Validate all fields before submission
- Include Submit, Clear, and Cancel buttons
- Include tooltips and subtle placeholder text/icons
- Track date + username (via Environ("Username"))
2. Search Functionality
- Styled textbox below the title
- Filters all fields in real time based on input
- Displays matching rows only (or “No Match”)
- Must work with locked sheet and live desktop use
3. Sheet Layout & Formatting
- Match branding style (as per attached file)
- Modern, clean, professional design
- Light inner borders + white outer border
- Lock sheet to prevent editing (unlock instructions required)
- Hide all unused rows and columns
- Font: Roboto Mono Light or Calibri
- Color scheme: #00B0F0, #47D45A, #C9DAF8, etc.
Optional (For Later):
- PDF export button to generate snapshot reports
- Reporting dashboard with charts (based on filters)
Deliverables:
- Fully working .xlsm file with:
- Styled, functional UserForm
- Advanced Search
