**Ideal Skills & Experience:**
- Proven expertise in Excel VBA development, specifically in Automation and Macro creation.
- Strong understanding of data analysis principles that complement automation efforts.
- Ability to not only execute tasks but also provide strategic recommendations for process improvements.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement custom macros to automate repetitive tasks, ensuring both accuracy and efficiency are improved.
- Collaborate closely with our team to understand process bottlenecks and devise VBA-based solutions to address them.
- Provide insights and suggestions on how to best leverage Excel VBA functionalities to meet our project objectives.
