Excel Training Dashboard Development

I need an Excel training dashboard for my company. The dashboard should allow me to track the following:

- Training pending and completed status
- Assessment scores
- Upcoming training details

I would like the training pending and completed status to be displayed using color-coded indicators. The dashboard should be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The training coordinator will be responsible for updating this dashboard, so it should not be complicated to use.

Skills and experience needed:
