Excel Tool for Non-Conformity Management

I'm seeking an Excel expert to create a comprehensive tool for managing non-conformity records and root cause analysis. Also at least some level of automatisation is required.

Requirements:
- Dedicated spreadsheet for non-conformity records with the following columns:
- Description
- Category (to be specified)
- Status
- Level of Impact
- Priority
- Cost of Quality

- Additional dashboard sheet with bar charts visualizing data from the non-conformity records sheet.

- Dedicated sheets for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) including:
- 5 Whys
- Ishikawa (Fishbone Diagram)
- Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
- Detailed templates

- A sheet to track corrective actions, including:
- Dates
- Deadlines
- Areas of Corrective Action
- Dashboard for RCA and corrective actions

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience in creating dashboards with bar charts
- Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies
- Attention to detail and ability to create user-friendly templates
