Excel Timetable Analysis and Enhancement

I have a timetable in Excel that needs to be analyzed and improved. The project involves adding data validation rules and conditional formatting to the file.

Key tasks include:
- Analyzing the current timetable data
- Adding data validation rules to check rooms and teachers assignments
- Implementing conditional formatting for better visual representation and ease of understanding

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Expertise in Excel
- Experience with data validation and conditional formatting
- Previous work with timetables or similar files

I expect the freelancer to enhance the usability and reliability of my timetable.

I need the timetable to do the following.

*i need the timetable to be selectable Monday to Friday. For example maybe the heading Monday in the cell could be clickable to change to Tuesday for a particular subject eg CERT II which then changes the timetable to the next day. the next day

*i need for example...when selecting a room on a Tuesday, set up so the room cannot be doublebook elswehere in any other subject at the same time
