First, please introduce new text-manipulation formulas—mainly for concatenating multiple fields and performing targeted text replacements. Think CONCAT, TEXTJOIN, SUBSTITUTE, REPLACE, or whichever Excel (or VBA) approach keeps the file fast and future-proof.
While you are in there, tidy up the look and feel of every sheet so headings, column widths, cell styles, and print areas follow a single, clean standard. Once finished, hand back the updated .xlsx along with any working files you touched—whether that ends up being an exported PDF, flattened images, or even an ePub if a quick conversion makes sense.
