Excel Text Copy-Pasting Single-Sheet Task

I have a project that revolves around copying and pasting text data within a single Excel sheet, focusing on specific rows or columns.

- Your primary task is to copy text from specific rows or columns and paste them responsibly where needed. This project will probably only take four hours of your time.
(course number + date from + date to) copy paste beside every student name
I need it for my database to be in this format
video will be send to you to understand my requirement
each freelancer will cover 200 course out of 1000 course
so 5 freelancers will be hired
maximum budget is 16$ for each freelancer
do not contact me if your bid more than that
submission within 24 hours from awarding the project (failure to submit will considered cancelation of the deal) I need it within 24 hours please.
bonus of 4$ may rewarded after completion if everything went according to my requirements
