Excel Template with Charts, Complex Formulas and some analytics

I work in health care and need to track my # of billed services by rate to meet certain goals at the end of the year. I built a spreadsheet that kind of works. Each day I enter the # of times I bill a certain code (max 10 types of different codes). I also enter PTO hours to track as well. The sheet then tells me my daily average. The sheet also projects how many codes I need to reach certain milestones at the end of the year. So, for example, I need 3,000 RVU units to get my minimum. Therefore I need x number per day, x number each month based on days I am working, etc. It will also compute my possible bonus once I exceed my 3,000 RVUs. I want the template to be easy to use (drop downs for cells that have choices (like is today a working day, PTO day, etc) and for other variables I have to set. The key would be making it work such that it is easy to reset for the next calendar year. Right now I have to change all the dates. It would be nice if I could enter some parameters for my calendar, like check box if I do not work any Thursdays and it changes all my thursdays to non working days. I'm open to innovation. I would like it to also look professional as mine now looks pretty gnarly. Love other ideas or innovation.
