I'm in need of an Excel template tailored for project management. The specific focus of the template is task tracking.
Key Requirements:
- The template should enable tracking of task status updates.
- The template should allow for setting and monitoring priority levels for various tasks.
- I have the steps in a table with a status, % and level and indicator (green, red, yellow) I need someone to use this information and create some views for a dashboard. I wanted it be automated so anytime i add a step or chanage the status i reflects on a dashboard of some sort
