Excel Template Redesign

I need a professional redesign of our AUDEX Group inspection report template in Excel. The goal is to make it clean, well-branded, easy to read, and suitable for client-facing documents. The layout and presentation should closely resemble the style and professionalism of the attached IRIA report example.

Requirements:
