Excel Template & Power BI Dashboard Creation

We are seeking a freelancer to develop an interactive Power BI dashboard that will serve as a Progress Report and Overall Status Report for quarry and crusher operations. The primary objective is to create a dashboard that seamlessly integrates with Excel as the data source and automatically updates daily to provide real-time insights. The freelancer will need to set up a system where data entries in Excel synchronize directly with Power BI without manual intervention, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
The dashboard must include sections to represent data for two distinct product categories: Aggregate Production and Rock Production. For each product, the dashboard should display three key metrics: For The Day (FTD), For The Month (FTM), and cumulative values up to a selected date. To enhance usability, the dashboard should feature interactive slicers, allowing users to filter and analyze data by date, project, and product type. Selecting a specific date should dynamically update all related metrics, providing a comprehensive view of performance for that time frame.
The project also requires the creation of a user-friendly Excel template for daily data entry. This template must be structured to ensure compatibility with Power BI’s data model, enabling seamless integration. The dashboard design should be visually appealing and intuitive, aligned with the tentative model provided, and focused on delivering clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Deliverables for this project include the formatted Excel template and a fully functional Power BI dashboard with all specified features.
