Excel Template Migration and Optimization
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can convert and enhance an Excel template that I originally created using Template Wizard in Microsoft Office XP. The modified version must be fully compatible with Office 365 and optimized to streamline its use. The key areas for improvement are:
- Data Formatting: The present layout, appearance and organization of the data needs to be updated to match current best practices and aesthetics.
- Formula Creation: Please generate efficient formulas in Excel to automate what is currently a manual process and make the tool more user-friendly.
- Chart Design: Revise the current charts in the template using appropriate design principles for data visualization and easy interpretation.
- Template Conversion: Migrate the original XP template to Office 365 whilst retaining its core functionality.
- Mini Database: As files get created, I want selected cell contents displayed in a mini database for quick reference and tracking.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Excel and its functions, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven track record with similar projects. Knowledge of data analysis and experience in creating visualization tools using Excel will be advantageous. This task requires a solid understanding of database management within Excel.
