Excel Template

I'm a small business. I would like to automate my employee payroll process by creating an excel template that would save time and input error by automating the process. I would upload some reports from my point of sale system into an excel template to automate output in a desired format. It is more detailed than this but attached is an example of what i'm hoping to accomplish
